1. Introduction

CTO and Co ("we," "our," or "us") built the Renomate mobile application ("App") as a real estate investment analysis tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

**The short version:** Your data stays on your device. We don't collect it.

2. Information We Collect

Information We Do NOT Collect

During the beta period, we do **not** collect, store, or transmit:

- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Property addresses or deal data you enter into the App
- Financial information or calculation results
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data **locally on your device only**, using an on-device SQLite database:

- Property details you enter (address, beds, baths, square footage, notes)
- Deal-specific financial data (purchase price, ARV, rehab costs, financing terms)
- Calculated results (profit estimates, ROI, financing costs)
- App preferences and settings

This data is **never transmitted** to our servers or any third party.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

- All data is stored in a **local SQLite database** on your device.
- Data is **not encrypted at rest** beyond the default protections provided by your device's operating system.
- **If you uninstall the App, all data is permanently deleted** and cannot be recovered.
- There is no cloud sync, backup, or account system during the beta period.

4. Third-Party Services

The current beta version of the App does **not** integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or data processing services that would access your personal data.

The App does include the Supabase SDK in its dependencies for potential future features (such as user authentication and cloud sync). During the beta period, **no data is sent to Supabase or any external service.**

5. Data Sharing

We do **not** share, sell, rent, or trade your data with any third parties. Since all data remains on your device, there is no data for us to share.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves, particularly when we introduce features like user accounts or cloud synchronization. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other reasonable means.

When cloud-based features are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect:

- What data is collected and transmitted
- How that data is stored and protected
- Your rights regarding your data
- Data retention and deletion policies

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect your data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. You have full control over your data on your device — you can delete properties within the App or uninstall the App to remove all data.

9. Security

While we do not collect or transmit your data, we take the following measures to protect the data stored locally on your device:

- Data is stored using the standard SQLite database provided by the Expo framework
- The App utilizes Expo Secure Store for any sensitive configuration values
- We follow mobile development best practices for secure local storage
