1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Renomate mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Beta Program

Renomate is currently offered as a **beta release**. By participating in the beta:

- You acknowledge the App is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
- Features, interfaces, and functionality may change without notice.
- Data loss may occur. **If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently lost.** There is no cloud backup or account recovery at this time.
- We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or reliability during the beta period.

3. Description of Service

Renomate is a real estate investment analysis tool that helps users evaluate property deals. The App provides:

- Property data entry (address, beds, baths, square footage)
- Financial analysis for traditional house flip deals
- Calculations for financing costs, including hard money loans and gap funding
- Estimated profit, ROI, and profit margin projections

4. Not Financial or Investment Advice

**The App is a calculation tool only.** All outputs — including profit estimates, ROI figures, and financing cost calculations — are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do **not** constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You should always consult with qualified professionals (real estate attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, etc.) before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from reliance on the App's calculations.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate data when entering property information.
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. Data and Storage

- All property data is stored **locally on your device** using an on-device database.
- We do **not** collect, transmit, or store your property data on external servers during the beta period.
- You are solely responsible for backing up any important information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of CTO and Co. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes during the beta period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- The App is provided **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of calculations.
- In no event shall CTO and Co be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

- Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Discontinue the beta program or the App entirely at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CTO and Co operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
